MEET THE CHEFGet to know Chef Sean Thueson
A native Idahoan, Chef Sean Thueson grew up in the rural town of Jerome. He started working in restaurants during high school, working his way up through the ranks at a variety of venues. Working in Sun Valley, Boise and Seattle, Sean learned the elements of a variety of cuisines including Mexican, German and cross cultural fusion. While managing a seafood restaurant in Seattle, Sean earned his certification as a Chef de Cuisine.
